Power Delivery 3.0 compliant DC Fan

The proliferation of various power adapters can lead to inefficiencies and complexities in power source management. USB-C Power Delivery (USB-C PD) has the potential to simplify the power adapter landscape for electronic products greatly. Leveraging the extensive peripheral capabilities of the NuMicro M2L31 microcontroller, our reference design has a comprehensive feature set that includes USB Power Delivery (PD) 3.0 support, motor drive capabilities, and a user-friendly interface. Users can use PD adapters to power the board and drive the motor. Furthermore,  users can intentionally control the fan with the touch key interface.
